Kid's Sunday Yoga (Term 1)

Kids Yoga offers children a structured and joyful introduction to classical yogic practices in a way that is engaging, disciplined, and age-appropriate.

In a world where children are increasingly overstimulated and distracted, yoga provides simple yet powerful tools to build:

  • Stability and balance

  • Focus and concentration

  • Emotional steadiness

  • Self-confidence and inner awareness

  • Physical strength and coordination

Practices are structured by Sadhguru for young bodies and minds.

Through consistent practice, children develop resilience, discipline, and a deeper connection to their own body and mind — qualities that support them not only in school, but in life.

  • Classes are suitable for children aged 8 years and above

  • Prerequisites apply for certain terms practices are required.

  • 1 hour session every Sunday @ 8am in Osborne Park
